What is Deep Hatha Yoga?
Deep Hatha is an integration of the Yoga that Kelly loves to live and teach. It is designed to take you through a strong traditional practice, ending with a soft relaxation. Beginning with deep breathing and a clear intention, we will move slowly and powerfully into traditional postures. Deep Hatha asks you to become calm and steady through your breath while in the depths of your practice. Inspired by Yoga teachings from many times and places, this class unfolds into a fluid intentional experience.
